Custom business software
Operational platforms, workflow systems, reporting, permissions, and integrations designed around the way each client actually works.
Company profile
Founded in Shenzhen in 2019, Wavesteam brings product, design, engineering, and delivery together to build software for companies and institutions with complex operating needs.
What we do
Our work spans AI applications, enterprise systems, mobile products, mini programs, and connected-device platforms. Each engagement is designed for the client’s business environment, with practical ownership, integration, security, and long-term operation considered from the outset.
Operational platforms, workflow systems, reporting, permissions, and integrations designed around the way each client actually works.
Knowledge assistants, document processing, workflow automation, and agentic tools connected to business data and accountable processes.
Customer and workforce products across iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, web, and mini-program ecosystems, supported by shared services and administration.
Device connectivity, telemetry, alerts, dashboards, and operational workflows linking hardware with enterprise systems.
How we work
We start with business goals, users, workflows, existing systems, constraints, and the decisions the software must support.
Scope, architecture, prototypes, milestones, ownership, and acceptance criteria are shaped around the client's priorities—not a standard template.
Milestones, working versions, decisions, issues, and change requests remain visible through a documented delivery process and our proprietary project app.
Handover, operations, and iteration have defined service scopes. New custom projects include a three-year bug warranty from acceptance; extensions to existing software are excluded.
Credentials and delivery confidence
Our contracts can define ownership, source and design deliverables, third-party assets, milestones, acceptance, and handover. For suitable projects, discovery can begin under an NDA and include an interactive prototype or focused technical validation before the main implementation agreement.
